These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the coaching programs, courses, digital products, and services offered by Shakti Sharma and Spiritual Alignment Inc., operating as The Feminine Wealth Movement ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in any program, submitting an application, or using our Services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or enrolling. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain limitations of liability, a disclaimer of income and results guarantees, and a binding dispute resolution provision. Please read Sections 6, 7, and 11 carefully.
1. Services Offered
We offer coaching and mentorship programs including but not limited to the Feminine Wealth Accelerator (1:1 Private Container and Group Container), the Feminine Wealth Movement community, digital courses, masterclasses, events, and related content (collectively, "Services").
The specific deliverables, timeline, session format, and inclusions of your program are described in the offer documents, proposal, or agreement provided to you at the time of enrollment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific program agreement, the program agreement will govern.
2. Enrollment and Payment
2.1 Application and Acceptance
Some programs require an application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
2.2 Payment
All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment plans are available where stated. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide according to the agreed payment schedule.
All sales are final except as described in Section 3 below. If a payment plan payment fails, you will have 5 business days to remedy the failure before your access to the program may be suspended.
2.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction. Our fees do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our Services — which include significant time, preparation, energetic investment, and done-for-you deliverables — all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a program has commenced.
If you have not yet attended your first session and request a cancellation within 48 hours of enrollment, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative or VA work already initiated on your behalf.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Complete agreed-upon action items and homework between sessions
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with Shakti Sharma and team
• Take full responsibility for your own decisions, results, and outcomes
• Not share program materials, frameworks, or proprietary content with third parties
Missed sessions without 24 hours notice may be forfeited at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when given adequate notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, tools, worksheets, recordings, and resources provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Shakti Sharma and Spiritual Alignment Inc. and are protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use program materials for your own personal and business development. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.
The Feminine Launch Framework, the 8 Wealth Codes, and all proprietary methodologies are the original work of Shakti Sharma.
6. Income and Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, business growth, or any specific results from participation in our programs.
Shakti Sharma, The Feminine Wealth Movement and Spiritual Alignment Inc. have not made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, or representations whatsoever about future prospects or earnings from participation in the Feminine Wealth Accelerator or any associated program or service.
Any earnings or income figures shared by Shakti Sharma, The Feminine Wealth Movement, or our clients are illustrative of what is possible and reflect individual results that vary based on effort, experience, education, market conditions, timing, and other factors entirely outside our control.
There is no assurance that any prior successes or client results will apply to you. Your results will depend entirely on your own commitment, implementation, circumstances, and the unique nature of your business. Past results shared by clients are not a guarantee of your future results.
Coaching and mentorship are collaborative processes. We bring expertise, frameworks, and energetic support. You bring commitment, implementation, and personal responsibility for your outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shakti Sharma, The Feminine Wealth Movement and Spiritual Alignment Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your participation in our programs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information you share in sessions, application forms, and communications. We will not disclose your personal business information or details shared in coaching sessions to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our Services.
We may share anonymized or composite success stories for marketing purposes without identifying you personally, unless you have provided a testimonial with your consent to be named.
We ask that you respect the confidentiality of other clients in any group program settings. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
9. Testimonials and Marketing
If you provide a testimonial, review, or case study, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing materials, website, social media, and promotional content. We will endeavor to attribute testimonials accurately and will seek your approval before using your full name and photo.
10. Program Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify program content, session formats, timelines, and supporting materials as needed to best serve our clients. We will notify you of any material changes.
In the rare event that we must cancel a program due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you either a pro-rated refund or credit toward a future program of equal value.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services, we ask that you first contact us directly at [email protected] to seek a resolution in good faith. We are committed to working with every client fairly and transparently.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any program-specific agreement or proposal provided to you at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiritual Alignment Inc. regarding our Services and supersede all prior communications or representations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
